This is a little book full of original poems, that I wrote and some illustrations that I made, that go along with them.

DANCE
Dancing is fun and can be a literal lifesaver for me.
It helps me come back to my body and I especially love dancing with others.
PAINTING
Over the years I did many paintings for the series "Shades of Blue" that I am still working on.
Also I did little illustrations of just lines for my book of poems and I hand-drew all the albumcovers for my CONSTANT CHANGE album. This way there was a lot less screentime and plastic involved in creating the packaging for the CDs and a lot more fun and being able to paint outdoors.
And each CD case is unique now.
